Digital Marketer (Philippines)
Amplico Marketing is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketer based in the Philippines. As a Digital Marketer, you will be crucial in developing and executing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. Your expertise in digital platforms, data analysis, and creative thinking will be vital in optimizing our company and clients’ online presence and achieving our marketing objectives.
The optimal person for this position will plan, create, and implement effective digital marketing strategies across various online channels, such as social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising. Drive brand visibility, increase website traffic, and generate qualified leads.
This job is 8 hours per week, which allows for flexible work-from-home hours. This job is for an individual, not a team of people, and the individual will report and talk to Amplico Marketing’s business owner in the United States. Pay will be provided weekly through PayPal.
- Websites: Create and manage WordPress websites using GeneratePress, Perfmatters, Gravity Forms, and other common plug-ins to showcase client work and facilitate lead generation.
- Photos and video: Create photo and video media for website copy and social media posts.
- Social media management: Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement. Monitor social media trends and implement innovative strategies to grow our social media following, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
- Keyword research: Conduct keyword research to find long-tail keywords that will be used to create content on client websites.
- Content creation and optimization: Create engaging and compelling content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing. Optimize content for SEO and ensure it aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
- Backlinking: Facilitate the process of obtaining do-follow backlinks from high domain authority websites by guest posting and commenting on discussion boards.
- Performance tracking and analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Utilize analytical tools to gather insights, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Email marketing: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and maintain customer relationships. Craft compelling email content, design visually appealing templates, and segment target audiences for personalized campaigns.
- Paid advertising: Manage online advertising campaigns, such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and display networks. Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Website management: Collaborate with web developers to ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines. Regularly update website content and monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement.
- Market research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audience preferences, and emerging digital marketing trends.
- DNS: Setting up and managing new domains for website hosting, email services, and verification processes.
- Troubleshooting: Solve technical problems associated with the digital technology we use to provide digital marketing services to our clients.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as WordPress, GeneratePress, Gravity Forms, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Business Profile, Semrush, ActiveCampaign, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in American English.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with web design languages, like HTML and CSS.
